Order Processing and Shipping Times
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, sometimes even within the same day of the purchase. Please double-check that your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we’re unable to make changes once an order has been fulfilled.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way. Delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier service.
Lost or Missing Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully fulfilled. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If your package appears lost in transit (no delivery scan after several days), please contact the shipping carrier directly to start a claim. You’re also welcome to reach out to us via email or using the contact form. We’ll do our best to assist you in locating your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are considered final.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery via email or using the contact form so we can make it right.
Purchases Made Through Retailers
If you purchased one of our products through a retail partner or third-party shop, please refer to their individual return and exchange policies. We’re unable to process returns, exchanges, or replacements for items not purchased directly through our website.
